Somerset Community College Financial Aid Refund Date: Students can expect to receive refunds to their Higher One cards on Thursday, September 24, 2015, after 12:00PM EST. If you have selected to receive your refund in another form, please be aware that your refund may be delayed by up to 3 business days for direct deposit and up to 7 business days for paper check.
